After-School Virtual Shakespeare

Get your kids on their feet and having FUN with this after-school 'en-witchment' program!
Each session includes a check-in with friends, physical play, interactive games, text that’s fun to speak, and opportunities to act out dramatic scenes of battles, duels, murders, ghosts and more, all taken from some of Shakespeare’s greatest plays: Hamlet, Macbeth, Julius Caesar, Richard III and Romeo and Juliet. The program culminates in a free online performance for family and friends. Participants will perform Shakespeare’s Ghost Stories.
13 carefully crafted sessions take place October 27 to Dec 17, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30pm. (There will be no meetings on Nov 3, Nov 24 or Nov 26.) Participants will collaborate with each other and the director via Zoom; a stable internet connection and computer, tablet, or other device will be needed.
Experience is welcome but not required for this very special session of After-School Virtual Shakespeare! Fee for the 8-week program is $384.
